RAUPASTAM is a versatile flexible hose suitable for a wide spectrum of pneumatic applications.RAUPASTAM is also available with aramide filament yarn reinforcement to provide additional pressure resistance.
- flexible, but pressure-resistant
- pressure-resistant but thin-walled
- thin-walled and therefore lightweight
- can be used with standard pneumatic fittings
- has larger safety factor than standard pneumatic hoses even at higher temperatures
- allows for compact design of installations
- safety factor: 1:3.5 (operating pressure to burst pressure)
- determination of burst pressure according to DIN 20024 6.3.3
- inner tubing: available in polyvinyl chloride or temperature-resistant polyurethane
- outer sheathing: diagonal braid in high-tensile polyester fibre or aramid, the hose is coated with RAU-PVC
