RAUKANTEX Cutter-Set

Processing of RAUKANTEX edgebands in ABS, PC or PP is easy and effortless with the RAUKANTEX cutter set.

The RAUKANTEX cutter set includes an edge cutter, an external plane as well as an internal plane:

RAUKANTEX cutter is recommended for the flush cutting of the top and bottom of edgebands in ABS, PVC or PP (max. 2mm thick) after bonding on to straight or curved board contours of between 16 and 40 mm. Cuttings should be done with an even pull.
RAUKANTEX external plane is suitable to apply radii on edgebands, on straight or external curved edges. The external plane is set on at the beginning of the edgeband to be cut. The scraper is height-adjustable and must be set on the edgeband at whatever radius is required.
RAUKANTEX internal plane comes into use after radii on edgebands, when straight and external curved edges have been cut and an internal radius remains. The internal plane is set on to the internal radius so that the complete internal plane is held at the same angle as the blade of the external plane. The draw blade is height-adjustable and can be set on the edgeband at whatever radius is required.

The set is ideal for processig both single and small series samples, for for low noise, high quality finishing on site.
