RAUKANTEX applicator

RAUKANTEX applicator  
The RAUKANTEX applicator is recommended for applying hot-melt adhesive coated edgebands.
This device is especially suitable for corner jointing, i.e. bonding of the edgeband in the 90° inner corner area.
  • The adjustable guides allow processing of edgebands up to 56 mm width and 3mm thickness.
  • The RAUKANTEX applicator can be used for both application in coating a left and a right corner area.
  • Where the edgeband emerges from the applicator, a guide shoe is attached which fixes the edgeband at the required height.
  • Furthermore, a pressure pin is attached to the guide shoe which allows pressure to be applied to the edgeband evenly into the corner.
This design of the RAUKANTEX applicator allows an easy, trouble-free and exact bonding of the edgeband up to the corner area.
