Tailor made finishing

This edgeband, matching the surface or contrasting with it, provides the opportunity to give the work surface a completely new shape. The quality of REHAU printing will impress you.

up to six colors possible due to the register printing technique
over 800 work surface designs already in stock and to order

Depending on the work surface appearance required, the edgeband can also be embossed or treated with textured paint. A protective film can also be applied upon request.

Once correctly bonded, RAUKANTEX designo easily clings to the very tightest curves. This edgeband is applied once, direct from the roll in a continuous operation, either at the board manufacturing stage or later.

PP and the advantages it brings:

right degree of surface hardness yet flexible
very good heat absorption and storage
excellent UV resistance (7 to 8 on wool scale)
high dimensional stability under heat
solvent resistant
minimal shrinkage (1h 110°C stored loosely <0.2%)

This edgeband in PP or ABS is tailor made for finishing kitchen work surfaces and bathroom furniture. Also particularly popular with the on-going trend and increase in breakfast bars.
