Reliable around the world
The key pillar of our supplier management is consistent material group management. A Lead Buyer (Purchasing) and a Lead Engineer (Technical Department) are appointed for each material group. The supporting tool for the main processes is the REHAU supplier assessment (LBU©) in which suppliers are assessed equally on the basis of objective commercial and technical performance characteristics. We communicate the results openly with our suppliers. The LBU© reflects the supply capability of our supplier and therefore forms the basis for supplier development and integration as part of the supplier pool.
