REHAU showcasing at ECOBUILD
3-5 March, Earls Court

REHAU will have an exciting presence on stand 1145 at Ecobuild with innovative products and hands-on displays, as well as seminars on its success in providing sustainable energy solutions for the education sector in particular.
On Thursday, 5 March, REHAU’s Major Projects Team and one of its specifying consultants will deliver a seminar on the use of the AWADUKT Thermo ground – air heat exchanger system in the new build schools sector.
The seminar will focus on large scale projects already installed at BSF Pathfinder schools in Dorset and Yorkshire and on more specialised installations in special needs facilities in Scotland and at the renowned Treehouse Trust School in north London.
REHAU AWADUKT Thermo is a controlled ventilation system which uses the natural temperature of the earth to pre-heat or pre-cool air drawn through a network of underground pipes before it is delivered into a building. In schools, this eliminates the need for mechanical cooling in summer and reduces the demand placed on space heating in winter.
The seminar will focus on how the system works, how it is installed and on the energy savings which the system has already been proven to deliver in projects across Europe.
The REHAU stand will also have a major focus on AWADUKT Thermo since demand for the system is booming. Light-up 3D models will show the system in both summer and winter mode and there will be a presentation on its success in the UK.
Alongside this, REHAU will also be exhibiting its ground-source heating solutions, rainwater management systems and fermenter and district heating pipework for delivering biogas projects.
