REHAU-Edge 70 mm Window System

The latest 70mm fully sculptured system

The latest introduction to the 70mm range this fully sculptured system is designed to give REHAU fabricators and Installers an extra edge in the market through it's appeal to the more style-conscious Homeowner and Specifier. It is the ideal system with which to target the replacement of the replacement market. The range of profiles allows the manufacture of internally beaded casement, French and tilt and turn windows.

  • 70mm depth allows for the replacement of 3" timber frames with less trimming up
  • Decorative sculptured edge detail on all faces
  • Triple chamber profiles ensure good thermal insulation
  • Option of low level gaskets, both manual and pre-inserted
  • Single leg beads enable easy yet secure on site glazing
  • Document L compliant
  • Security enhanced and approved to BS7950
  • Patented Thermal Sleeve Option enables the achievement of a BFRC A Rating using a double glazed unit
  • Choice of finishes available; REHAU White, Rosewood and Golden Oak wood effect laminated foil
  • REHAU Acryl II Colour coating system available in 150 RAL colours
The REHAU-Edge profiles have been stylishly designed with a sculptured detail with matching single leg beads to provide easy but secure on-site glazing. It is compatible with the range of REHAU-Edge Door System and can be used to manufacture the walls for the REHAU-Dimension Plus Conservatory Superstructure.
A number of window styles are available with REHAU-Edge:

  • Bay and bow windows
  • Tilt & turn
  • French windows
  • REHAUs’ renowned quality shown in its gloss finish, providing long lasting appearance and reduced maintenance.
  • Larger reinforcement chambers allow for additional strength/rigidity when necessary.
  • Hardware is fixed into steel to improve the technical performance and security of the window
  • Single leg bead makes glazing easy yet secure
  • Manufactured in accordance with BS7413 and BBA approved.
  • Security enhanced and approved to BS7950
