Pre-insulated pipe for food and beverage applications

RAUISO Food is an innovative pressure pipe system made from top quality materials thanks to its complex structure - base pipe made form PE-Xa, diffusion barrier and insulating foam - it is ideally suited for food insutry applications.

Heat Resistant from -40ºC up to 110ºC (for short periods) or up to 95ºC continuously
Permanently smooth inner surface to ensure no deposits, incrustations or corrosion
Barrier layer to prevent penetration of O2 or loss of CO2
Insulating foam protects the barrier against mechanical damage diffusion and protects against moisture when the pipes are laid above or below ground
Quick and simple joining technique using REHAU’s tried and tested stainless steel compression sleeve.
The EHEDG certificate proves the cleanability of the pipe system by means of CIP (cleaning in place)
