AWADUKT PP SN10 RAUSISTO

The innovative high-load sewer pipe system according to DIN EN1852 is made of high-grade polypropylene without fillers.

High loading capacity through ring stiffness level SN10 (= 10 kN/m2)
Solid wall construction
High resistance to abrasion through RAUSISTO formulation
Can be subjected to high pressure wash up to 340 bar
Service life of at least 100 years (confirmed by LGA expert's report)
High chemical resistance
Operating temperature range from -20 °C to +90 °C (brief exposure)
Smooth interior surface for optimum hydraulics (operational roughness kb = 0.25 with shaft spacing of approx. 50 m)
SL (safety lock) sealing system
Levelling through high flexibility
High impact strength
Use of filling material to DIN EN 1610, i.e. inexpensive brick chippings or recycled material too

Under heavy loads, e.g. in airport construction or under road traffic load SLW 60.
For peak temperatures over short periods up to 90°C that can be found, for example, in commercial kitchens, laundries or in other industrial facilities
Under high chemical load, e.g. industrial sewage
Where there are high demands on the leak tightness, e.g. in water protection areas II and III.
In installation locations at very low temperatures as the pipe system can be laid without any problems and without risk of breakage, even at low temperatures, due to the cold impact resistance of the material
In areas with steep inclines as the highly abrasion-resistant RAUSISTO formulation enables flow velocities of up to 12 m/s
And, in addition, it is of course suited to all other foul sewers and storm sewers in road, airport, railway and tunnel construction.
