RAUDRIL Rail drainage pipes in road construction
The tunnel-shaped pipe for drainage made from PP
RAUDRIL Rail part-filter pipes and general-purpose pipes comply with the DIN 4262-1, C2. They are particularly suitable for the application in the areas subject to dynamic loads (construction of road and airport) and in areas with cover and surface loads (landfills, underground car parks). Frequent flushing of the pipes as well as bedding and backfilling with coarse-grained material cannot damage the PP compact pipes.
RAUDRIL Rail drainage pipe 
- Smooth inner wall guarantees high seeping and discharge rate and prevents clogging and decomposition
- High water absorption capability and excellent discharge values
- Up to 10% more water absorption than smooth pipe through transverse slots in connection with longitudinal grooves
- Simple pipe connection with 5 m lengths with integrally-moulded socket and comprehensive range of fittings
- Good bearing surface and high installation safety with tunnel shape
- High pressure flushing up to 150 bar, with new procedure higher flushing pressures are possible
- Standard dimensions of part-filter DN 100 and 160, general-purpose DN 200, 250, 355
- Slot pattern of part-filter: transverse slotted, offset rows of slot spread over 220° of the pipe crown
- Slot pattern of general-purpose: transverse slotted, offset rows of slot spread over 107° of the pipe crown
- Standard slot width: 1.2 mm
- Water admission area > 50 cm²/m
- Statically calculable according to ATV – DVWK – A 127
- Colour: azure
- Part-filter pipes DN 100 and 160
- General-purpose pipes DN 200, 250, 355, sealed with roll ring
