Project: Burnley College
System: REHAU PROFILA data
City: Burnley
Solution: It was chosen because of its ease of installation with features such as a living hinge and pivotal corner covers which gave an adjustable range of +5º and -5º and accommodate pillars and walls which are not true 90º; and because REHAU could extrude special covers for the system in a grey finish to meet the requirements for any student or member of staff who is visually impaired.

Solution: The REHAU system has been installed within the office areas at the new centre by M&E trade contractor Haden Young to manage the network data and power cabling requirements.

Solution: The SL system was chosen by electrical contractors CT Jackson because it provided a neat and unobtrusive way to deliver upgraded wiring in the hotel’s 280 bedrooms.

Requirement: 4000 metres of Cable Management Trunking
Solution: The PROFILA data system was specified by M&E contractors Dodd Group because it could accommodate the Cat 6a data cabling used throughout the college.
Advantage REHAU System: REHAU offers two solutions for Part M compliance – removable lids typically extruded in dark grey as at Suffolk College or robust, high visibility modular inserts which are designed to enable socket outlets to be easily located by building occupants.
