Washer reservoir with pumps and accessories

The washer reservoir together with its accessories forms the basic component of the windshield / headlamp washer system.

Depending on the requirements and space required, the washer reservoir from REHAU can be produced as an extrusion blow moulded or injection moulded component, as a single or multiple piece design.

Alongside the washer reservoir, accessories can include:

One or more pumps
Filler pipe
Lid
Level sensor
Sealing and mounting elements
Optional heat exchanger

The windshield and headlamp pumps are produced and checked in-line in their own automated production process.

REHAU produces the washer reservoir, assembles the accessories, carries out all functional tests and supplies the washer reservoir system to the OEM's assembly line.
