Blow moulded air ducts

Extrusion blow moulding for the production of hollow parts sometimes represents the most cost-effective process for manufacturing air ducts.

Low tool costs and high levels of flexibility in component design are the key strengths of this process.
REHAU introduced blow moulding in 1966. In 1969, REHAU supplemented this technology with its own in-house tool and die shop in order to consolidate its process and tooling expertise under one roof.
The physical proximity of our technical laboratories and tool and die shop enables us to move from data sets to finished components in an extremely rapid and effective manner.

REHAU provides its customers with a broad range of professional expertise in the air management arena. We enjoy the challenge of implementing special processes and/or process steps to fulfill customer-specific requirements.
