LUXURY DEVELOPMENT IN SANDBANKS FEATURES REHAU PVC-U WINDOWS
More than 50 windows in the REHAU S706 system and three doors feature in a prestigious new development built in one of Britain’s most exclusive addresses.
‘Alycone’ is a new build project by Manor Homes in Shore Road, Sandbanks which comprises four luxurious apartments overlooking Poole Harbour.
Each of the apartments features floor to ceiling windows to maximise the view which were fabricated by Euroglaze in Barnsley and installed by local specialists DTU Trade Windows. A mix of casements, tilt and turn windows and French doors have been installed.
Manor Homes chose the REHAU PVC-U solution because it could meet the performance requirements of the exposed coastal location as well as being virtually maintenance free for the residents.
Kevin Webb, the Managing Director had specified Euroglaze frames from DTU on previous developments and had been pleased with the quality of both the product and service he received.
He said: “In apartments which are being marketed from £695,000, the quality of the finish is obviously paramount. DTU have demonstrated that they can provide that quality and I am very pleased with the finished result.”
