Polymer specialist REHAU has launched a new metallic finish cabinet roller shutter system aimed at the contemporary kitchen design market. It is attracting interest from large kitchen and DIY retailers as well as small independent companies looking to add an innovative and eye-catching new feature to their ranges.
RAUVOLET Metallic Line combines style and practicality, offering designers a new opportunity for creating design highlights in wall mounted cabinets, dressers and alcoves. It coordinates with most contemporary kitchen finishes and can be specified to match REHAU’s other polymer components including plinth covers, RAUKANTEX edgebands and RAUWALON wall seal profiles.
The RAUVOLET Metallic Line system uses REHAU’s polymer expertise to combine the quiet running properties and smoothness of polymer shutters with the kind of high-quality look and feel which in the past could only be achieved with solid aluminium systems. It is cost effective in comparison with aluminium and has the additional advantages of being very durable and easy to maintain.
RAUVOLET Metallic Line is available in an exclusive stainless or cool aluminium finish and in 20mm, 25mm and 50mm wide slats. REHAU offers two complete systems of tracks, handles and pelmets either pre-assembled in cassette form or in ready to install kits which can be fitted in most standard cabinets. There are options available for cabinet sizes from 600-1000mm or 1000-1500mm high and from 500-900mm wide.
REHAU supplies manufacturers and installers with all the necessary components for fitting in the cabinet carcass – right down to the last screw.
